Once you have made a booking electronically,should you not hear from us within 4 working days,
please email Renate@hirs.co.za or call 011-455-0769
to confirm that we have recieved your booking.
Please note:
There are limited seats available.
Payment details and an invoice will be sent as soon as confirmation is received.
Your place will be confirmed when we receive faxed proof of payment at (011) 455-4160.
HIRS Cancellation policy:
Four weeks notice: 25% of total cost will be charged.
Three weeks notice: 50% of total cost will be charged.
Two week or less: 100% of total cost will be charged.
Interest will be charged at 2% above prime for late payment.
Replacements are acceptable.
