Our programmes have been run at Wits and Milpark Business Schools.
They are endorsed by the BWA, and receive a consistent delegate rating of 97%.

The "Fast Tracking New Managers" Programme
A programme which focuses on equipping New Managers with people management skills.

The "Strategic Women in Leadership" Programme
This programme gives specific attention to developing the competence and resilience of senior business women.

The "Games which People Play" Programme
Our flagship programme (the only one of its kind) is designed to equip people with the skills
to understand, manage and respond constructively to Corporate Politics.
